torso plate Held Forms collection

A full cast of the human torso, taken from neck to navel in one unbroken piece. The form captures the collarbone, sternum, breastplate, ribcage, and the soft plane of the abdomen down to the belly button — the exact contour of a real body, preserved in plaster. No two pieces are identical.

material Cast in plaster and reinforced for durability. Available raw or coated. Raw retains the natural matte chalk of the plaster — mineral, quiet, tactile. A coated finish deepens the surface and adds a subtle sheen. Both are offered as complete, finished states.

weight 30–50 lbs, depending on the individual.

dimensions Unique to each person. Size is determined by the body it was cast from.

display Wall-mounted using an internal keyhole system — simply place an anchor and screw in the wall and hang. No visible hardware. Clean, flush installation.

pricing Starting at $1,100. Final price varies based on finish and session. Inquire below to begin.
